Would recommend this Airbnb to adults, as most of the other renters/sub aibnbers are 21-28. Wouldn’t necessarily recommend for a family to stay here. The court yard and pool were very lively and loved the space -off topic glass got into the pool so we could not use, it’s a frequent occurrence supposedly so just be aware- 12 minute walk from broadway - Ladies wear comfy shoes. Everything was walking distance but we took advantage of the electric scooters! Space was well decorated and very comfortable. Will definitely consider coming back!

Al’s place was great! Very clean and conveniently-located for our needs. Al was very responsive, which I appreciated. We visited during a heat wave in Nashville and temps were in the 90s every day. We were struggling to cool the place down on the first night to get our baby to sleep, so Al came over with a portable a/c, which helped tremendously. I was so grateful! We recommend Al’s properties and would stay here again.
